Onn RokuTV remote doesn’t connect

I appreciate you reaching out for support and reporting the issue you're currently experiencing with your physical Roku remote. I'd be happy to assist you with this.

In this case, kindly ensure that you've paired the remote successfully. You can put your Roku voice remote into pairing mode in two ways, depending on whether your voice remote has a pairing button. An on-screen confirmation message will appear when your streaming device finds your voice remote. 

If your voice remote has a pairing button, it will be located either on the back of the rack or under the battery cover. 

If your voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back <- and Home buttons for 5 seconds or until you see the status light begin to flash.
