Onn Roku TV Wi-Fi networks are not available

When I try to scan for WiFi networks on my onn Roku tv it just skips scanning and gives me the option to scan again also says WiFi hardware missing for some odd reason when it was working just fine before out of nowhere it just did that tried everything I could think of even redownloading the software update through usb
