Onn. Roku tv software update stuck on step2

I left my home office Friday, no problems.  Came in Tuesday and it looked like the tv had been through a factory reset, but it was not initiated by me.

So I went through both the sign in to restore and the activate as new options.

Both led me stuck in a software update loop, never getting beyond step 2.

I've done all the reboot options I could find but none have worked.
