Onn Roku Tv signed me out

Around 3 months ago my onn tv signed me out of the whole tv and it said I have to reactivate my tv. I tried 6 different times and factory reset after each try as none of them worked. I go through the whole activation process then it gets to downloading stuff and it just stays stuck loading. I left it on for an entire week one time and the download didn't move. I don't know what the problem is.
