onn. Roku tv screen just turned white.

My onn. Roku tv screen just turned white. It still has sound. It was working fine all day then the screen just turned white. I've tried unplugging it, changing power source. Unplugged hdmi cords and ...

    Thanks for raising your concern with us. No worries; we're here to find you the best resolution possible. 

    May we know what troubleshooting steps you have taken to try and resolve the issue? You can try to unplug it, wait for about 60 seconds, and replug it again. If it is to no avail, we suggest trying to perform a hard reset on your ONN Roku TV by finding the pinhole at the back of your TV. Look on the left-hand side, and you can see where the ports are and then a word that says "reset." 

    If the issue still persists, we recommend contacting the Customer Support of the ONN Roku TV for further assistance and advice. We're hoping to get everything sorted out soon and appreciate you bearing with us in the meantime.

To let you know, the hard reset did not work.  So, it boils down to something in the circuit board was not built right. Basically, onn TV's are trash. I regret buying it.

    I have realized that the onn tv screen only turns white when in Roku. If I am on any other apps, it is fine. So, it is a Roku issue only.

      SmokingJoe  You should be able to use the TV as a dumb TV by attaching a streaming device to any HDMI input on the TV so you don't have to purchase a new TV.

        Nope. It would be silly adding a Roku device to a Roku onn tv.  I have done my home work. A new tv will fix things.
