Onn Roku TV not Updating Error008

I have a ONN with softwre version 11.5.0 build 4235. I tried to update to newest version 12.5.0.4176 on my TV but keep getting Error 008 after progress reaches 3%.  I also think that by not getting the newest update is causing audio sync issues and some apps not even streaming audio at all.   I reset my modem, restarted the roku, tried to Hotspot internet everything and still will not update. Any tips or ideas on how I can get the newest version applied to my TV?

    If you can, try connecting to an alternate network like your phone's hotspot and then try the update again.  If that doesn't work, try the USB update option.  You'll need a USB flash drive and keep in mind that when it asks for your model number it wants the Roku model number (not the TV model number) displayed under Settings->System->About.
