Onn. Roku tv not restarting

I have an onn. Roku tv it is not working today every streaming app I click on it will not load. There are no issues with my wifi. I have restarted the tv unplugged for awhile, I've done the factory reset I have reactivated the tv TWO times!!! Still leaves me stuck on the activate screen. What in the world could be the issue? Help please and thank you.
