ONN Roku TV Network Issue

Question

I am having the same issue as many others, where my device is connected to the internet and then just not work. I have factory reset and tried every solution listed here. Has there been a fix to this problem yet?

Channel congestion is the leading issue with wireless connectivity. I'd suggest you install WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar for iPhone. Open the app and take note of the channel graph to view how many others use the same channel. Log into the router and disable the 'auto' feature for channel selection than choose one with less congestion. The star icon on the app rates channels and the circular icon shows channel numbers being used. Hope that helps

No apps will open or play. I connect the internet it says connected with excellent service then when I go home and click on any app, if they show up at all, it says the internet is not connected. Then it suggest an update but gives error 014. I have tried on my home and personal hotspot with the same issue persisting. I have done a soft and hard factory reset and neither have worked.&nbsp;

So you're saying you installed WiFi Analyzer or not? If there are lots of others using the same WiFi channel, the congestion will block use. If you have tried changing channels, there may be problems with the modem or router though I have a suspicion you're using service provider gear which by default uses 'auto' for channel selection and that can be a major problem

Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings &gt; System &gt; About)
Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times)
