Onn Roku TV is not detected by the Roku Alexa Skill

My Onn TV is not seen by the Alexa Roku skill no matter what I try.  I have removed, disabled and reenabled the skill many times. I have changed my wifi several times. I have reset the TV several times, I have deleted all the roku devices in the skill and re-aded them. The Onn TV works Fine it just cannot be controlled from the skill to pair with an echo device for voice commands.  This worked initially but there was an update that happened on the Onn TV and since then it does not work.  Any other Rokus I have work via the skill, just not this TV. The device shows up in my roku account no issues and the name is unique and there is no conflicts in the Alexa app.  Any help appreciated.
