Onn 65” Roku TV Black Screen

My Onn 65” Roku TV has all of a sudden decided to go black! I can see faint images so I know it’s considered a backlight issue however, how do I go about getting a new one or fixing the issue? I system restarted & tried power cycling but nothing! What do I do?

    I would start by contacting Onn. Especially if it’s still under warranty. Otherwise, you’ll need to consider whether you want to DIY it (google around – it can be done but it’s a significant process), pay someone, or replace the TV.
