Only power button working on Remote

I have 2 Roku sticks. Both remotes do not work at this time. Only power button working.  I have replaced batteries.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we'd like to know more details to see how we can assist. May we know when did you first notice this issue? In addition, were there any changes that happened to your Roku device? Furthermore, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve the issue? (replacing the battery, unpair and re-pair the remote, etc.)
