Hello there, hojelmo2
We are sorry for the late response.
We understand that you want to use a universal remote for your Roku TV because your Roku remote controls both Roku TVs at the same time. (This is because the Roku remote operates using IR (infrared) technology.) No worries, we are here to assist you.
Please visit this link to learn more about setting up a cable, satellite, or universal remote to control your Roku TV system. Additionally, you can view the remote code(s) list for each compatible provider.
Hope this helps.

To have true control over both TVs independently, you have two options. One is to buy a voice remote for each TV. Once paired to a TV, the Voice remote will only control that TV. Pairing a second remote to the other TV and you now have to independent remotes.
Your other option is to use the Roku app on a phone or tablet. This communicates through your home network and you select each TV separately to control. The caveat about the app is that this must be a private network (not a shared WiFi network like some apartments have) and the network must not be using a security setting that blocks connected devices from seeing each other (shared apartment and hotel networks have this setting on, and you wouldn't want it turned off).
