Not identifying access point

Hello, I have set up an express 4k, all working, then next day no connection.

Scanning network just flashes and no access points are found even my mobile hotspot

I have reset unit, no joy

  • Scad11  Out of curiosity, do you have a network app that shows the nearby WiFi environment? In other words, an app like WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar for iPhone will show you how many others use the same channel. That said, I'm not that familiar with hot spots nor how channels are selected with them. One of the biggest connectivity issues is channel congestion but in your case, I have no idea how channels are setup. By default service provider modem/router have channel selection set to 'auto' which tends to create problems. Monitoring channels and selecting those with the least congestion always produces the best result. Regardless I hope you find the solution
