Not happy woth my 75" tv

O want to know why i got a remote with no power button  and no volume buttons I'm not to happy with this I do like roku tv this is my 3 rd one.  I feel like this place owes me a remote like ASAP.  And how come i can't get a hold of someone to help with this problem. Roku failed I'm not happy with this buy at all and no one can help me I should not have to buy a new remote for this  ruko owes me button line guys

    Roku tv's don't original come with remotes without power & volume keys. It must have been a returned item. Anyways you have to get in touch with TV manufacturer, Roku only supplies UI for non-Roku branded Roku tv's. Or take it up with place it was purchased from.
