Not connecting to WiFi again

I’m really thinking about switching to a new plugin device as Roku has been having lots of issues with connecting lately for everyone and they won’t notify you of this at all nor will they let you know that there is even an issue on their end. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Get it together. 4/6/2025 8:57pm in NC my ish ain’t wanting to connect saying poor connection but all my other devices are working perfectly fine smdh. Get it together Roku. On that note what is the best device for streaming I can get with less of these issues??!

    Have you tried resetting the network on the device? If not, here's how:

    1. Press the Home button on the Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select Advanced System settings 
    4. Select Network connection reset
    5. Select Reset connection

    Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to fix internet errors and issues on your Roku streaming device

      I tried all that and it still won't join my wireless.  I even tried a static IP.  No other devices are having an issue on my network,  Please fix this Roku!

        I’ve had to completely reset the whole Roku stick to factory unfortunately for it to do anything at all. I’m still looking at other options for streaming devices due to this happening all the time with these Roku devices

      I’ve also tried resetting the network settings but, who woulda thought, still didn’t do squat period and no it’s not my internet provider at all!
