Not connecting to hot spot yet other Roku tv will

By "not connecting" is it trying to connect, but not completing the process? Does the Roku TV see the hotspot at all?

And any additional information would be useful like the security protocol of the hotspot, is it WPA2?

Some new devices support WPA3, but to my knowledge, it's buggy, so figuring that out is helpful.
