Not able to connect the Roku dashboard

I have Roku Express. Here is the Screenshot.

I have an Android TV. Here is the screenshot.


I have tried with multiple HDMI and three TVs. I tried to connect, but it displays a Roku flash screen, and it goes in a loop. Can anyone know what the issue was for this?

    If you're using the TV's USB port to power the Express try using a USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet plugged into the wall.
