Nonfunctional Roku app: Does not recognize or connect to Roku TV

Did you get a fix for this?  Same issue. Tia

    • Can you clarify whether the Roku mobile app is having issues recognizing your Roku device or whether you are unable to log in to the Roku app itself?
    • What steps have you taken so far?
    • Roku device or TV model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
    • Mobile brand or model
