no support online or by phone and i don't qualify for a Roku support agent
Is the original Roku or a Roku HD still supported? Or is that why I can't get mine to wake up? Does anyone know? Can't get any support or answers from Roku.

The original Roku was the N1000. It wouldn't even make a good doorstop these days, but it would wake up. What's the model number written on it somewhere? What do you mean by "wake up"? If you plug in the power and no light appears on the the Roku device then it or the power adapter could be dead.
