No signal Roku stick

I have a roku stick M3830x and the light is solid white, ill try to connect to other tvs and nothing, i got no signal. Not able to reconfigure. What should i do.i bkught it less than 2 months

    We'd like to know the following:

    • Exact model, serial number, or device ID of your Roku Streaming Stick
    • Did you plug the Roku device directly into the wall outlet?
    • Have you tried switching it to a different HDMI port and input?
