Hi Tammy78,
Greetings from the Roku Community, and thanks for raising this concern with us directly!
We understand you are having a problem with the Roku device since it was showing no signal. We're happy to investigate further. Could you elaborate more about the troubleshooting steps you have taken so far?
In the meantime, please check if the video cable is firmly connected to the back of your Roku player and to the HDMI or composite connector on the TV.
We look forward to your responses and gathering your details.
Thanks,
John- Tammy78Reel Rookie
I have reset the device. Tried different cords. Unplugged it for a bit. And still says no signal.

Hi Tammy78,
Thanks for keeping us posted!
We will be delighted to assist you further with this issue you had with the Roku device, which was showing no signal. Please try to switch the HDMI outputs on the back of your TV.
If the problem persists, can you please provide the following information below?
- How are you powering your Roku device? Is it directly plugged into the wall outlet or power strip?
- Try to plug your Roku device into a different TV and see if that will make any changes.
We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.
All the best,
John
