No remote for streaming stock that was reset … how to connect stick to WiFi and setup remote

Sorry, you absolutely need a Roku voice remote to set up a Roku stick (a device that plugs directly into a TV without the need for an HDMI cable) after it has been factory reset.  There is no other option.
