No picture on Roku app or thru Roku site
I am unable to see the content of any movies or tv shows on my mobile app or thru browser site. It works fine on tv, and the live tv works, but can’t no longer see the picture of any shows. Only sound and captions are on. I turned off my wifi and still nothing. Any help?
