No numbers on remote or mic button

Got a Westinghouse Roku today.  The remote it came with has no numbers (which i know is normal) but it also has no mic button.  I'm returning the TV as there is no way i want to scroll through hundreds of channels to find a show.  It asks for my cable provider which i gave but i don't see those channels listed either.

First and last experience with a Roku TV.
