I am staying in motel and lately I have been having trouble with Hotel/Dorm connect. I checked my account I don't have a device associated with my account. I have had it for over a two years.

How did my player get taken off my account? And, can I add my player back to my account WITHOUT doing a factory reset?

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be aware to ensure that you are using the same email address to log in as the one associated with your Roku device. You can check this by navigating to Home > Settings > System > About.
Note: Connecting to a public network often requires signing in through a web browser. Still, with Hotel and Dorm Connect, you can authenticate the connection for your Roku streaming device from your computer or smartphone. Just a quick reminder that streaming results may vary depending on the connection speed at the hotel, and channels and channel content may vary by country and may be limited or unavailable while traveling.
