The Roku Express 3930/3931 is a single-band 2.4ghz-only device. (It cannot see or use the 5ghz band).
Of the available Roku Express models, only the newer Roku Express 4k/4k+ (3940/3941) and Roku Express 3960 (HD) models are dual-band capable (able to see and use both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands).
