It should fill us with complete confidence when a Roku moderator tells us:
"Our team is aware of this issue."
Now begins the process that will most likely take several weeks, or even months, until Roku actually fixes the problem.
They are the ones who cause so many issues with their bad, poorly tested updates. The fact that it takes so long for them to find what they did wrong just so they can correct the simple things they break proves they are incompetent and not qualified to be updating the firmware in the first place. Hire better people!
