We were also disappointed with Roku's offerings this year. We had much better luck with U-Tube. We paid around $5 to watch

Billed as: Roku for Storm Jam LLC
and what a poor use of our money. It lasted all of 5 minutes. A better description of what it was would have really helped. I wonder how many people lost their money watching it, too.

When I clicked over to the Roku coverage (New Years Eve Around the World) briefly from the Home Screen last night, it was providing coverage from ABC in New York as the ball was dropping in Times Square. Any special event/coverage advertised by Roku as being "available on the Roku Channel" is completely free to watch (never any charges).
