My Roku trivia also only brings up blank screens, and that continues after rebooting the device. I don't use, and have never used, any other "game" features on my Roku. It's a TCL TV.
I also got rid of the home screen button once and it came back for a new week. I'd like that to stop happening. I don't want to have to hide it every week.

I should not have to reboot my television every time I turn it on. ROKU needs to fix this as it is clearly a problem on their end.

- Powering on TCL Roku TV model 495515 Hardware 7117X with the power button
- First encountered the issue when Weekly Trivia started
- No changes in the setup or settings of Roku device or network provider
- No error codes or messages. Blank white screen
- Software version of Roku TV 13.14 - build 1510-30
- "Troubleshooting steps" = reboot.
