just ordered a universal remote second edition for a factory reset tcl I didnt have a remote to but i’m afraid I wont even be able to connect it since it’s on the language select screen not even connected to wifi
"Universal remote second edition"? Do you mean Roku Voice Remote Pro 2nd Edition? If so, you pair the remote before connecting to Wi-Fi. The two things aren't really connected other than the remote uses a similar connection to the TV, but it's a direct connection that doesn't utilize your Wi-Fi.
