New TCL Roku tv won't show scanned channels

Got my mom a new TCL Roku TV for her room at a memory care facility on 7/15/24. They use DirecTV through coax cable. The coax is connected to the TV via the ant/cable coax input on the back of the TV...

    I posted an answer to this on another post, but it's a software coding error in the system. Should be a simple fix (correct the coding), but it has not happened yet.
