New Roku Voice Remote, right arrow button not working

Hi,

I see other people having similar issues but I can't see that anyone shared a solution I can use.

I bought a new Roku Voice Remote in Dec 2024. It was fine for a month but from Jan/Feb this year the right arrow has stopped working. Initially it worked with force but now it's just impossible.

The remote is model RC836, firmware 'rtn.4296'. It's paired to a model 3810EU Roku Streaming Stick+.

I have tried resetting the remote several times both by removing the batteries and also by holding back&home for 20s. I have rebooted the streaming device many times (daily in fact). I have re-paired the remote. I have recharged the AAA batteries to full. No improvement.

Is there anything else to try?

      My voice remote pro 2 stopped working yesterday. Also the right arrow button. Model RC-OS1. Please help!! My ROKU is unusable
