New Roku Express keeps rebooting

Just got Roku Express. I picked my language and connected really strong wifi. Restarts after update and then make me do it over and over! I unplugged, reset my router. I thought this would be better then fire stick.. help.please

    If you're using the TV's USB port to power it, try using a USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp.
