New remote won’t work after trying all of the fixes

I have a Roku Premire and the remote is bad. How do I get a replacement? I’ve tried new batteries didn’t fix it. I have another Roku and that remote works just fine on my new Premire but the Premire remote won’t work on either one?

    Buy a new remote like the rest of us have to. Premieres are way out of warranty period.
