New remote firmware bug IR LED is stuck

Now the new rtn.4198 firmware has a NEW bug.  When you turn on the TV the IR LED is "stuck" and just keeps sending the power on/off IR code sequence until you stop it by pressing a non-IR command button, e.g. the OK button.  The physical button is not sticking.

It doesn't happen all the time but randomly about 10% of the time.
