New modem and wifi - my Roku devices are not working

I just moved and have a new Internet service provider and new modem and new Wi-Fi. I have three Roku devices two or the Xpress one is a Roku TV. None of them will connect to my Roku account and two our phones to control and they don't control it anymore. I did a hard reset on the television and now I have a Health screen. I'll try the same one of the expresses in nothing pops up it's just a blank screen

  • Have you connected the Rokus to your Wi-Fi?  If the SSID and/or passphrase are different than the previous ones, then you will need to use the actual remotes before you can do anything with phones.
