About a year has passed and this stupid bug hasn't been fixed!
Enabling game mode introduces a stutter/micro freeze every 10 or 11 seconds.
I did a test, and when audio is not coming from the connected device, the stutter is almost unnoticeable, about an 8th of a second or so, it is still there but is not as annoying.
Here's my tv info:
Model (back of tv): 40H4030F4
About info:
Hisense model: 4Series-40
Hardware ID: K201X
Serial number: X02700U7JFJ7
Software Version: 11.5.0 build 4846-G5
Device ID: S0VAY347JFJ7
Issue ID: J7-397-157

This is still a major issue. I purchased a 40" Hisense 4Series this morning. I don't watch TV. I strictly use my TV for gaming. I hooked up my game systems to the TV and the input lag for the Xbox made it unplayable. I tried playing on my Switch and there was no controller input lag but there was obvious video stuttering.
I tried all the suggestions in this thread to try to fix it to no avail. I ended up returning the TV and purchased a different brand altogether as Ive seen other threads where this is a glaring issue with your brand. Ive had no issues with the TV brand that I swapped it out for so the issue is definitely with your TV.

All software is updated, and I'm still on the same version, experiencing the same bug.

Having same issue here and now that game mode is no longer a thing, I can't even use that as a last resort. Video barely does it justice but there is intense input lag still. No 12.5.0 did not fix anything. Where do I upload video of issue from the phone? Here is my info:
Device Model: S0VAY3707DYU
Serial Number: X02700207DYU
SOFTWARE OS/Version : 12.5.0 • Build 4181-G5

I just bought a new 6Series-75” Hisense Roku TV yesterday, tried everything to fix the input lag. Going to have to just return it tomorrow because it’s so bad, ~200ms is just insane

Are yall ever going to fix this stupid ass issue or at least offer refunds since you clearly don't care about fixing the issue?
