New here and trying to PM

Greetings! I am having a problem with my battery level indicator coming on all the time even though batteries are fully charged. I am trying to PM RokuDanny-R for assistance, but it said new members cannot PM. Any help is appreciated!

    You can tag him or any user by preceding their name with "@" as in RokuDanny-R .  He'll get a notification that he was tagged.
