Need help for my dogs please help

I like to keep my TV on while I’m away at work, so that my dogs stay calm with not hearing outside noises etc. I want to get rid of DIRECTV which I’ve been using ONLY for this dang reason.

I have tried the settings on the Roku with screensaver and themes. I have tried Hulu and Netflix. All of those settings seem to be correct. For example, I started the Seinfeld series and had it on auto next episode, but once there is no activity (on the remote?) it goes back to the Roku screen- and silence.

Is this even a possibility with the Roku device?

    zapukz2, look for "Bandwidth saver" under the Network settings and disable it.  Some services will prompt to see if anyone is still watching if there's no remote activity for a certain amount of time (no provider is interested in wasting resources on dogs), but you should be able to find something that will stream indefinitely.
