My voice remote won't pair

Roku remotes use WiFi direct to communicate the the player.. One of the most prevalent issues with wireless connectivity is channel congestion so if you install WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar for iPhone, once you open it, you'll be able to view how many others use the same channel. If congested, you can log into the router, disable the 'auto' feature for channel selection and manually choose one that's less congested..hope that helps
