I have six Roku devices on tvs throughout my home. One by one, they are losing their connectivity and not working. When I try to reconnect them, they start to connect, the wheel spins, but then it says unable to connect. All three of the tvs I am having trouble with are connected to my wireless, and are working fine, so it is not a signal problem. I fell as if there may be a virus running through them . Any suggestions?
If your TVs are dropping out despite a good internet connection, it could be due to Wi-Fi interference, network congestion, or issues with the router. Try switching to a wired connection, adjusting the Wi-Fi channel, or rebooting your router. Are the dropouts happening on all streaming apps or just specific ones?

I am having the same problem. my computer is working fine via wifi, im actually using it to type this. the signal strength of my wifi, which i checked via roku is maxed, very strong. and yet, the roku is saying i cannot connnect to the network. so i know the problem is NOT with the power coming in from the modem, and that my signal strength is fine....so i am forced to think the problem is with the roku exclusively. does this mean i have to buy a new roku? (like it burning out? because this has been happening for a while now) i am a bit annoyed.
rickyfTo clarify you have 6 Roku's with each plugged into a TV of which one uses a wired connection. Three of the ones using WiFi aren't having problems..or are they? You'll have to forgive me but the post is a bit confusing. Where connectivity is concerned the Number One problem with WiFi is channel congestion, so using an app like WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar for iPhone will show you how many others in your area use the same channel as well as which ones are the best. Its good to see one of the Roku's using Ethernet since I use powerline adapters rather than WiFi..Not sure if this solves the problem but its definitely worth the time to use these apps
