My Roku tv remote quit working with the Roku remote.

My Roku remote model: 100112176 code list version F1351-02 quit working for my Onn Roku TV S/N MB22211C32011508 model 100012589. I changed the batteries and did everything the troubleshooting suggested and still won't work. The power button lights up red when any buttons are touched but tv won't respond there is a red light on the tv but it is always there and it isn't doing anything special like blinking. It does howeverit is off at this moment while watching tv. As of this moment I'm using the remote on the app with no problems. Is there a way I can get another remote for my tv? Also where would I go to get one made for my tv or will any remote work that is Roku brand?
