my Roku TV is stuck on RDIO, unable to access anything

I have the  rdio virus on Roku TV  on a Hitachi Roku TV. Sad to hear there is no solution .  I guess I may try a factory reset.  Always hate rebuilding everything.  But I guess any way I try to back up (if there is even a method) would back up the dreaded rdio virus

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)

    Hitachi, I won't supply the other numbers on a forum

     

    • does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)

    Intermittent.. started last night.  Most of the time it locks on the RDIO add channel screen sometimes I get to Youtube and hit a navigation and it goes to the dread RDIO virus add channel screen

     

    • tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)

    • steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing 

    turn the tv on

    • screenshot of the issue occurring on screen

    not real easy on a forum.. google image search no luck

    • have you tried using the Roku mobile app as a remote to see if the issue still occurs

    three other TV's in the house are fine

      We appreciate you providing the following information. Before you factory reset, please try to restart your system first by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step). Also, have you tried updating the software on your Roku TV? What software version are you currently in?

        TV stuck on RDIO will not turn off power to TV or change channels. I have rebooted power and HDMI cabels, HELP !!! TV #X00300EKFHJ5
