My Roku streaming stick keeps crashing

My device will freeze frequently and restart itself with no indication of a problem. This mostly happens on prime? Ongoing all week long. I’ve spent hours looking for a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    If you're using the TV's USB port to power the stick, try using the supplied USB power adapter plugged into the wall.  If you're already doing that, try a different one.
