My ROKU skips tiles and doesn't move one by one tile or option menu

I have checked all the buttons and they are not stuck.  Do you have another recommendation?

I had the same problem tonight (worked fine last night). Final solution: I unplugged and restarted the Roku. Yep, the old turn it off and back on. It was very frustrating, but seems to be resolved.

MichaelP1 This worked (unplugging and waiting a couple seconds and plugging it back in)! Thanks! Was my last resort, it was really starting to get frustrating.
