My ROKU skips tiles and doesn't move one by one tile or option menu
I have checked all the buttons and they are not stuck. Do you have another recommendation?

I have the same issue too - of the 4 ROKUs I have, 3 are doing it.
it is really frustrating.
I think there was a defective software update....since I have one that is working correctly.
Anyone have suggestions?
I am having the same problem, but it appears to be only with DIRECTTV, Netflix, MAX, Prime all seem to move between tiles correctly.
Some more details....my ROKU Devices (all 4 are the same):
- Type (all 4): 3820X - Streaming Stick 4K
-Power (all 4): Plugged directly into the USB port for power.
-Duration (3 of the 4): This has been going on for about 2 weeks.
