Roku randomly goes into a cycle between the flying saucer, no signal image, and the home screen.

While watching it just pops to the purple flying saucer then cycles between the three screen.  sometimes it does this of r2 minutes and sometimes for 45.  it is very random

I have chatted 8 times with customer service but they always tell me the same things and never correct it.

  1. they had be buy all new cables...
  2. i have turned off and on 100 times for them
  3. It is not the internet connection becasue when it does it I can go to my TV in the other room also Roku and its signal is fine
  4. I have changed the source on my tv remote
  5. i have sent them screen shots and they just say it does not make sense and blame me.
  6. Does anyone else have this issue and what can I do?

    Sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand your concern with your Roku device being stuck in a reboot loop. 

    Could you please confirm your Roku device model? If it's possible to go to the Settings, try navigating to Settings > System > About to find this info. Also, we weren't able to retrieve the photos you sent to our support team. It would be great if you could send them here so that it'll help us take a closer look.
