My Roku keeps restarting every like 5 minutes
I have checked for updates restarted it manually and checked the plug to make sure it is secured and it still keeps rebooting every 5 minutes or so no matter what.

You need to provide more information. What model Roku do you have? Model number please, not just a name. If it's a model that has a micro-USB power connection, are you powering it from the wall plug, or a USB port on the TV? If the latter, try connecting it directly to the wall outlet with the power cube the Roku came with.
