my roku express keeps rebooting!!

I just did an update and now it Just keeps rebooting to Roku screen. it doesnt go past that screen. I tried to factory reset on the streaming device and did nothing. keeps doing the same. need help!!!

  • Try a different power source, especially if you're using the TV's USB port for power.  Any 5V 1A (or more than 1 Amp) USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet should do.

    My Roku device keeps rebooting over and over. The streaming then stalls and goes back to Roku setup. Then you have log back into all the apps again! It’s so annoying.

        Hi Roku Community

        You asked for the following information, see below:

        • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
        • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
