My roku device noises stopped working

My soundbar works fine and I can hear the tv from apps but there is no longer a clicking or select noise when I click around the roku Device anymore. It started 2 weeks ago. Anyone know how to turn it back on. Also yes I've tried the audio settings and theres nothing working for the actual remote volume itself.

    We'd love to be of assistance here and would like to learn more about this. Could you tell us if you can still hear the bouncing Roku sound during the initial setup? If not, do this: from Settings go to System>>System restart.

    If this doesn't work, please get back here and we'll further look into it.
